YOU can help decide what we see - we ask you if you have any particular interests or sites you'd like to see. For example: the street art culture, Federation Square, Sports Precinct, Hidden cafes and bars, Shrine of Remembrance, Heritage arcades & cool laneways, Queen Victoria Market, Parliament House, Out of city suburbs - Carlton or Fitzroy, Melbourne Museum, Royal Exhibition Buildings and much more……Fine print: All riders must be over 150cms (5feet).

Two different start locations;

Melbourne city tour start - most popular. 10am start.

Port tour start - best suits guests arriving from cruise ships. 9am start.

Get to know Melbourne with the benefit of an insider’s perspective and 2-wheeled transport. Exploring by bike lets you see more and easily stop at local gems that other tours miss. You also receive a map to take with you that includes additional places to explore on your own after the tour.

After meeting your guide, your tour begins with a safety briefing. You’ll then get fitted with a sturdy city bike, helmet and vest. Take a moment to practice riding your bike in a quiet location before setting off to your first destination. Whenever possible your guide chooses designated bike paths, however it is necessary at times to ride on regular roads. Your guide always makes rider safety a top priority.

Your guide is happy to customise the tour to the interests of the group. The total distance traveled depends on the riding abilities of the participants and the desired itinerary. You’ll enjoy frequent stops to learn about the sights, snap photos and chat with your guide. A casual lunch is included. Tours wrap up with return to the starting location.

    I have been to Melbourne quite a few times in the past but this is the first time we have decided to do a 'touristy' thing like a bike ride (which is odd as we always do this when travelling overseas). Anyway, SO GLAD we went on this tour. Leanne our guide was awesome - super knowledgeable and also accommodating if we wanted to venture in a slightly different direction than perhaps originally planned. I learnt so much about Melbourne in the 4 and a half hours riding around exploring. We seemed to cover quite a bit of territory without it feeling difficult. A highlight is definitely venturing into areas that we haven't taken the time to visit before as we have always been on foot. We did the gardens, memorial, beautiful gothic churches, quirky lane ways, great Melbourne coffee and a Turkish lunch.

    The best day ever! My dad and I waited a year to do this tour and it did not disappoint. Leanne was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and we learnt so much about Melbourne. We were able to adapt the tour to stay longer in places of interest and have time to stop or keep going as we wanted. I now see our city in a new light and would recommend this trip to anyone new or old to Melbourne.

    I really had a blast. Leanne took me around Melbourne and showed all these hidden places I would have never seen if I was alone. Highly recommendable!!

    Excellent way to familiarize yourself with this beautiful city. Peter our guide was extremely knowledgeable and I believe I learned more on this tour then the dozen or so we’ve taken on this trip to Australia and New Zealand. His recommendations for restaurants were spot on. The little out-of-the-way places he took us to we’re very interesting. Really enjoyed the street art in the alley ways. I would highly Recommend to anyone regardless of age. Not a lot of effort required to ride bikes - mainly flat surfaces.

    Many myny thanks , Iris, for the tour today ! It was just great !! Your guided comprehensive tour around showed us a lot places in a relative short time and gave a really good overview. Additionally we got also hints and motivation to do the one or the other thing during our time in Melbourne. As we had really some issues to come „closer“ to this City You’ve made it today for us - great! We recommend to choose this tour by heart !

    It rained a lot but we liked the tour very much. Alex is a good guide who knows a lot about the town. We’ve seen a lot places outside the center and Alex thaught us history. Nice lunch and coffeebreak also.

    Had a great time exploring Melbourne on bikes. Leanne was an excellent tour guide and so knowledgeable of city!!! Really fun way to learn about and see sites of Melbourne!

    Had a great day on the bikes, our tour guide (David) ended up giving us extra time as he took us around Melbourne. Very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Well worth doing at the start of a visit/holiday to Melbourne. It provides an understanding of the city, where to go for food, drink entertainment and sport etc. bikes/helmets were in good condition also.

    Wow! Great day out and about Melbourne . We saw so much and our guide was so helpful and knowledgeable . We learned about the history and saw many old and new buildings and unique alleyways . Your trip can be tailored to your interest . Leanne went above and beyond with guidance for our activities after the ride . I would not attempt this ride on my own as there was a lot of traffic and experience is needed to travel the city by bike . Lunch was delicious! Thank you !
